World Book Day – Thursday 7th March

World Book Day – Thursday 7th March.
We have not dressed up in ages so we would children to come dressed as their favourite book character. There are prizes on offer so think creative and flamboyant; the more home-made the more chance of winning!
I can’t wait to get my costume ready 🙂

Welcome to The Hive.

The Hive is a specialist support provision (run by a fully qualified teacher and supported by a SEND assistant.) which allows children with more severe SEND to access the targeted, small group support that they require.

Some children access the provision in the mornings for Reading, Writing, Phonics and Maths whilst others attend additional interventions in the afternoons.

Children who are taught in this classroom are working at a level which is considerably below that of their peers and they require specialist teaching and higher levels of support than is available within the mainstream classroom.
