Dear families,
On behalf of all the children, staff and governors, I would like to welcome you to Sir Alexander Fleming Primary School and Nursery website. We are an extremely caring and nurturing school that loves to celebrate the achievements and goals of children and adults – at every level. Our school is driven by enthusiasm, passion and a desire to be the best we can be.
We bring learning alive by offering a broad and balanced, vibrant and creative school curriculum, making it exciting and stimulating with plentiful experiences. We encourage our children to foster a thirst for learning that we hope continues with them forever throughout their future lives and experiences in the wider world.
To achieve all of this we depend on your co-operation, understanding and support; we value our parent partnerships immensely. We all have one goal and that is hoping that together we can provide the best for all children.
We are honoured to be an inclusive primary school, bringing together children from a range of social, economic and ethnic backgrounds; creating a diverse learning community. Staff and Governors are passionately committed to the care, welfare and progress of all pupils, whatever their abilities.
